If you have a question that doesn't appear here then please use the support form, under help, in the technical portal to submit a query. If you are not a ShadowNMS customer you can make an inquiry via email and one of our staff will be happy to assist you.

 

Simply select the plan that you require from the homepage of this site and it will take you to our administration form and payment processor. You can choose the length of subscription, type of payment, and any recurring payments. We use a well-known, and secure, third party payment provider to give you total piece of mind. No credit details will be taken by ShadowNMS and no details will be shared.

The technical panel is located at ShadowNMS Technical Portal. To access this portal you must first choose a subscription plan and select an email address for the technical account. We purposefully created the billing and technical portals to use different accounts to allow a clear separation allowing you to delegate and manage as appropriate.

To change the technical contact you must raise a ticket in the technical portal or contact ShadowNMS one of our staff will be happy to assist you. A future roadmap item will see multiple user accounts in the billing and technical portals.

There are two ways to become a product partner. If you select our premium service then you will automatically qualify for a partner status as either a service or systems partner supplying a whole solution, at which point one of our staff will be in contact with you to discuss this further. If you wish to become a partner using the supply partner method (either as a supply or service partner) then you can contact us via email and we will be happy to discuss this further.
