A ShadowNMS Product Partner is a special relationship that goes beyond the great relationship we share with our valued customers. A partner is: a supply partner, similar to a service reseller, of the ShadowNMS system using a White Box Product that they brand themselves; a systems partner who uses our Premium service to fully monitor their systems; a service partner who incorporates the ShadowNMS system as part of their service offering.
How do I become a Partner?: If you take our Premium Service we believe that we have created a Partner relationship and will contact you to discuss your custom needs. A Premium Service automatically includes a generous package of hours to help incorporate and configure your service.

There are three broad categories of Partner who work with ShadowNMS each bringing a lightly different relationship. It is true that all our partners are individuals with their own specific needs, situations and requirements. We treat them as such, but our service offering is separated into Supply Partners, Service Partners and Systems Partners.
A supply partner is much like a reseller. We will provide an unbranded website and technical portal that the partner then brands to their own style. The partner will be responsible for all customer facing relations and for managing the non-technical sides of the portal (design and content). We at ShadowNMS will provide the technical framework and monitoring service. Supply partners pay no upfront costs and start to earn with each new customer. ShadowNMS services are offered to Supply partners at generous discounts.
A supply partner will handle all customer queries and first-line technical and customer support. However, if the problem is too technical or they need assistance, they can lodge a ticket with our specialists. All service issues* will be dealt with at no cost to the partner.
*Service issues are problems with the ShadowNMS framework.All other technical issues, feature requests, setup and assistance will be charged at a consulting rate.
If you take out our Premium Service package you will automatically be upgraded to a Systems Partner status. We at ShadowNMS believe that a systems partner entrusts us to monitor all their critical business systems needs. As such the standard auto-discovery system will be managed by our specially trained staff. We will work with the System Partner to customise ShadowNMS precisely to their requirements during a generous technical setup assistance phase.
UK based Systems Partners will be offered the option of on-site assistance at a 1:2 ratio (one hour on-site for every two hours of setup time used) to further help them on-board the system and to bring hands-on technical assistance to work with an in-house team.
A Service Partner will already have a great product that they wish to further enhance using the ShadowNMS system. We can help you incorporate this as part of your service offering. Because this is again a business specific relationship we offer a choice between Premium Service package or Supply Partner packages that best suit your budgets and your business requirements.
